Throughout my career in Marketing and Communications, I have been involved in a wide range of tasks, from strategic planning to on-ground execution. In small businesses, especially those experiencing rapid growth, marketing and communications departments often wear many hats.
A prime example is my experience at Marbella Football Center in 2011. When I joined, the center hosted approximately 30 teams annually. By November 2019, through expanded branding and new locations, we had secured 279 stage contracts.
Some of the key responsibilities I have undertaken for clients such as PFC Costa del Sol, Football Impact, LeSports, and the Spanish Motorboat Federation include:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Designed various marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, posters, and digital ads.
- Created and managed content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Wrote and edited press releases, newsletters, and website content.
- Managed the company’s image and branding.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Planned and executed various events, including sports tournaments, conferences, and corporate events.
- Managed event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Designed and produced event materials such as tickets, badges, and signage.
- Coordinated media coverage for events, including press conferences and interviews.
- Digital Marketing:
- Managed social media platforms and created engaging content.
- Implemented email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Conducted website analytics to measure campaign performance.
- Public Relations:
- Built and maintained relationships with media outlets.
- Coordinated press releases and media coverage.
- Managed media inquiries and requests.
